All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. We accept refunds for items damaged in transit.


To obtain a refund due to the item being damaged in transit, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at to alert us of the damage.

Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will initiate a refund.

To complete the process for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item.

Once we have both, we will inspect the item and send you an email of us receiving the item and receipt. We will notify you of an approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase. It will take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on the credit card.
